The machine trailer comes in two models – HEM700 with a deck width of 192 cm, or the XL model HEM750 with a 235 cm wide deck.

UNEVEN TERRAIN

As the name Hercules Machine Trailer suggests, it is an extremely robust trailer built to drive on uneven terrain. With a load capacity of 8 or 10 tons, it is perfect for the transport of your machines and tools through any conditions.

SAVE TIME

To save you valuable time, we have designed the trailer to make the loading and unloading process as simple and speedy as possible. With the handy tilting deck, you effortlessly drive your machines and tools on and off the trailer to get the job started, or to move on to the next job. No need to handle e.g. heavy ramps.

LARGE AND PRACTICAL TILTING DECK

The tilting deck’s frame and sides are galvanized and fitted with 45 mm wooden planks for a solid and stable deck. To secure your machines and tools on the deck whilst driving, the tilting deck is equipped with a lock. Simply unlock to tilt the deck downwards for unloading or loading. When the tilting deck is down, the loading height is only 14 cm. Furthermore, you have plenty of securing points on both the storage tray and on the tilting deck.

STORAGE TRAY

The practical and spacious storage tray in the front is fully galvanized and has a 7 cm high frame. The storage tray measures (inner dimensions) L150 x W190 cm (HEM700) and L150 x W230 cm (HEM750), and provides plenty of space for your machines and tools. The tray also, has plenty of securing points for your valuable tools.

STEEL FENDERS

Our machine trailer comes equipped with steel fenders to prevent dirt and stones from damaging your expensive machines and tools.

SWIVEL DRAWBAR EYE

The towbar has a swivel drawbar eye, to avoid unnecessary flexing of the trailer when driving on e.g. uneven terrain.
