When we develop our trailers, the aim is not just to make quality trailers. It is very important for us, to make user-friendly trailers with a high safety level for you and your employees. Furthermore, we design the trailers to meet the best conditions for the animals – both during transport, as well as during loading and offloading.
To ensure the best animal welfare, the trailer’s sides are equipped with open grids. This allows the animals a view during transport, it keeps them calm and eases the loading process of the animals too. If your animals are stressed during transport, it will affect your loading situation. Stressed animals will run and could cause accidents to the animal itselve or the other animals. To prevent this, our trailers are designed with grids.
With e.g. a painted cattle trailer, you may encounter some maintenance costs throughout the years. A galvanized trailer, on the other hand, needs no maintenance, and therefore has no maintenance costs. We only deliver high quality and all our trailers are fully galvanized. When a trailer is fully welded before it is galvanized, the individual parts cannot “work” together. This may cause cracking’s in the galvanization during transport. To prevent this, we manufacture our trailers in individual modules. Thus, all our trailers consist of a bottom frame, a front, a back and two sides, all bolted together. This makes the trailer parts more flexible, during transport.
No matter whether you need a large or small animal transport trailer, you invest in your future. With a few clicks online, you find various different trailer manufacturers today. However – If you look closely at the individual models, the cheapest solution is not always the best – or the most profitable long-term solution. No danger of overturns
Driving in the field, can be dangerous. Often the wheels are stuck in a hole and worse case – the trailer might overturn with the animals inside. To prevent the trailer from hanging on the axel, our trailers are all equipped with a sledge at the bottom. This sledge makes it easy to pull the trailer free – without causing any harm to the animals or the trailer.
Emergency exit (4-8 m transport trailers)
All transport trailers from 4 to 8 meters length; come with an emergency exit door on the right hand side. This emergency exit serves as an extra safety for you and your employees, if a dangerous situation should occur and you need to exit the trailer quickly.
Ramp
If your trailer is equipped with a ramp, the design makes it quick and easy to open and close the ramp. Furthermore, the ramp is equipped with built-in-steps to prevent the animals from stumbling.
Lover/raise function
You will find no better solution for a stress-free loading and unloading of your cattle then with a hydraulic trailer. If you want a trailer with hydraulic lover/raise function, we have a wide selection of different sizes and models. Some of our cattle trailers come with hydraulic as standard, and some can be fitted with a hydraulic system. All of this to ensure the best solution for you and your livestock. Cleaning the trailer
All transport trailers are equipped with galvanized plates along the inner bottom sides for quick and easy cleaning.
Recycled plastic plates
All transport trailers are equipped with 12 mm black recycled plastic plates on all sides.
Double doors at the rear end, and double locks
All transport trailers are equipped with double doors and double locks at the rear end of the trailer to ensure that the animals cannot open the doors during transport, or before you are ready.
