All sides have windows, enabling the passengers to enjoy both the journey and the view.
The design makes it possible to roll up both long sides, as well as the windows in the back and front. If you drive in the hot months of summer, in the blinding sun, it is very convenient to roll up the sides. Furthermore, you can quickly roll up the window at the back and the front to make a nice breeze through the trailer when you drive. Likewise, you can roll up both long sides, the front and the back individually as you want.
The floor is made of tear plates glued to the floor, and hereafter retightened with pop rivets. This gives you a very low noise non-slip floor.
If you drive through a muddy terrain, it will inevitable leave dirty footmarks and dirt from your passengers in the trailer. Thanks to the galvanization and the bottom construction of the trailer, it is quick and easy to clean the floor with a high-pressure cleaner. If you chose a painted trailer, as supposed to a galvanized trailer, on the other hand, the painted trailer would not withstand such a rough cleaning without the paint peeling off.
You know the feeling of aching legs after a long drive or walk. Unlike other hunting trailers/tourist trailers on the market, we have placed a bench on both long sides of the trailer to provide plenty of legroom for your guests. If your passengers need to stretch their legs or change seating position, there is plenty of room for this, without disturbing the passenger in front.
The trailer has one exit door in the front and one in the back, allowing the passengers to exit the trailer from both ends. When driving from location to location, the door at the rear end is the primary exit. Should an emergency occur, the passengers therefore not only have one exit, but they will also be able to use the front door as an emergency exit. To ensure the safety of the passengers, both doors are located on the right hand side, in case you park onto a public road, allowing the passengers to exit or enter the trailer from the curb and not from the busy driving lane.
According to the Danish law, this model is approved to carry 23 people as a Crew Trailer. No matter whether you need to use the trailer for the transport of hunters or tourists, it is possible to have it registered in Denmark. The trailer complies with everything required for registration, such as brakes, lights and of course, a fire extinguisher inside the trailer. Please note that although the trailer complies with Danish regulations, other national regulations may apply in your area.
This hunting/tourist trailer, of course, has a green tarpaulin to blend in with nature! This trailer is made with major focus on environmentally friendly solutions! E.g., the plastic plates on all sides are made of black recycled plastic. Furthermore, Dansk Overfladeteknik (Danish Surface Treatment), who complies with all the applicable legal requirements and who, like us, have a major focus on the environment, are responsible for the galvanization of the trailer. In this way, you get a high quality trailer, and one of the most environmentally friendly solutions on the market!
You find a single slide-out step under each door. The slide-out step has a nice design, and is of course non-slip. Often the passengers and drivers are eager to get to the next stop and everyone is rushing out. Therefore, the slide-out step has a red warning lamp that will light up inside the trailer, indicating when the step is left out. This way, the passengers can notify the driver in case the steps are left out before driving.
As an extra feature, you can add up to four tables in the trailer, giving your passengers the possibility of enjoying their lunch or coffee inside the trailer. Again, we have thought of every detail. Put the tables up or down as needed, and store them away at each end of the trailer when not in use. A practical solution, taking up a minimum of space.
If you want to use the trailer for hunting, it would be an advantage to install our decorative gun storage holder. The gun storage holder is made of the same wooden material as the benches to match the rest of the trailer interior. The Gun Holder has an elegant wooden cut-out, and is located behind the top of the benches. It holds up to 23 guns in total.
If you choose a painted hunting trailer, it will have no rust protection, resulting in a shorter lifespan and you might encounter a lot of maintenance cost. All profiles in our trailers are galvanized both on the in-and outside. Therefore your trailer is much better protected against rust, than with a painted trailer. When you chose a JYFA Hunting trailer, you not only get a trailer with full rust protection, you also get a trailer with a long lifespan and minimum maintenance costs.
If you chose a trailer that is fully welded before it is galvanized or painted, the individual parts cannot ”work” together. This might result in crackings in the corners and edges, giving you major maintenance costs. Therefore, we say, a fully welded trailer works against you. With a JYFA trailer, it is different. All our trailers are made of individual galvanized modules: a front, a back, a bottom frame and two long sides – all bolted together. This gives you a flexible trailer, working with you when driving in an uneven terrain.
Another advantage with the individual module construction is; that should the trailer be damaged, and you need to replace e.g. the rear end, it is easy to replace it with a new one.
By choosing a modular hunting trailer, you avoid major unsatisfactory repairs. When repairing a painted trailer, it can be difficult to find the correct matching color, as the color will change overtime. Whereas, with a galvanized trailer, the new galvanized module will appear shinier at first, but over time, this will also fade to match the rest of the trailer.
